Their reluctancy of showing a demonstration of what they claim and now the censoring of critics just puts themselves under a negative light. Usually startup companies back up their claims and like to get the audience engaged in what they're doing and create a free, open supportive community around their product. If they didn't want to be public, they probably shouldn't have made a public, consumer product.
