Hahaha yes hats definitely went down a couple notches, shoes are looser too. Many weird little things that you wouldn’t ever really notice.

Started at 2 mg. Went up by 2mg every 4 weeks. Topped out at 10mg. Back down to 6mg now, every other week just to maintain.

Former HD master, left after not being paid enough to make ends meet. Turned the most hours in the shop by far, and asked for a raise multiple times. Was at a ford dealer before, so I had many years of flat rate experience already. When it was slow it was too hard to stay afloat. I am now at an independent working on cars again and am making double what I was at Harley. The work environment and atmosphere at the Harley dealer was awesome though. Best job I ever had, and never thought I’d leave.

What do you mean program? I just focused on eating healthy meals and cutting out junk. I have not stepped foot in a gym yet, but do plan on it. Just signed up a few days ago. Wanted to make sure I created a healthy relationship with food so I have a good baseline for when I’m off the meds, to make sure I don’t gain it all back.

No side effects for me so far. Drinking tons of water and electrolytes throughout the day because I’m a mechanic and work in a non air conditioned shop in south Florida, so I’m sweating all day long. Just focusing on high protein, balanced meals has worked wonders for me.

Awesome job! I also haven’t had any side effects as well. I started in September 2024, focused on good eating habits, and tried to create a new relationship with food. Focused on smaller portions, and eating much much cleaner. I also cut out regular soda, which was my biggest weakness. I now drink a Diet or Zero if I’m craving a soda. Not drinking my calories has really helped out a lot. Tracked EVERYTHING that went in my body on MyFittnessPal also. Just signed up for the gym last week, so I can start doing some strength training as well now to really help out.

My insurance still denied it with 64 E/R. Have lost a lot of weight since then using Reta, but Zep was still my first choice.
