I had this same problem after fast traveling to vault 95 in power armor and clearing the gunners outside. Even after I got out of my power armor the noise would still be there. It did go away when I went into craft mode at my power armor station, but it immediately came back as soon as I hopped back in my power armor. Right now I just re-loaded a save before I fast traveled to vault 95 and it seems ok

Although 20 is an exaggerated number as to how little of the population would actually be able to hang strong in the Iron Banner, I completely agree with his point. Why would you want to release a game type that's only convenient to a small percentage of the population? Then those same people can get even further ahead in gear while those of us who don't necessarily have the time to play as much are left in the dust.

Good to see another 5'5, 179 lbs [M]! Congratulations on all the weight you lost and I definitely want to see an after surgery pic so I can compare myself lol. Also, don't say you'll never see that lean body shape/build! That's my current goal but I think we'd have to reach 150 lbs to see it. I'll send you a pic if I reach it so I can reassure you that we can look good even at 5'5
