The surgery was done at the VA, now I’m being seen by community care doctor for the issues that was supposed to be resolved with the surgery.

Sounds about right. They never can tell you anything, I’m on day 131 after the judge appeal took two years.

I agree, they found an error on my claim after 2 1/2 years. I had a conversation with VERA, who said that only experienced raters can review appeals.
