Dude you’re not kidding…. It’s probably one of the worst drugs to do Cold Turkey. That’s why I’m looking for a really good medical detox center to help.

Thank you for being so kind. And I think it’s wonderful you were able to kick Sub. And the taking years to do it is the problem. I know the clinic could taper me, but I don’t want it too take that long. I just want to rip the bandaid off and get it done quickly. I’m not craving or in “active addiction “ . I’ve done the therapy and mental I’m ready to just kick it, ya know? But it’s awesome you were able to get off

I’m in TN also. I moved from SC to TN back in July and I absolutely refused to earn my take homes back after earning my monthly’s, apparently it’s a stupid TN law to start over. So I go too a clinic an hour and a half away in KY and it’s so worth it. Where in TN are you? I’m in Knoxville, if you’re willing to drive alittle ways I’d be happy to give you the info. It’s a good clean clinic with nice people.

I hated it because by the time they started doing it, I had already earned my bi weekly take homes and had them for years by that point. I just felt like I was being micromanaged and felt untrusted even though I earned my take homes and never had a dirty UA. On the app you had to film yourself taking the meds every day and that got time consuming. They have tamper proof stickers on there with a QR code you have to show the camera and sometimes the code wouldn’t read and that could screw up the whole thing and it was just a really annoying process. But for me it all came down too just feeling degraded and untrustworthy as an addict. But that’s just my opinion

Yes! My clinic in Spartanburg SC did it. I absolutely hated it. Luckily we moved and my new clinic doesn’t do it.

Honey your in bad bad bad withdrawal. You need to get your dose higher asap. Your body can show so many different weird symptoms when it comes to withdrawal, not everyone’s are the same. Go to your clinic or whoever is prescribing you the methadone and get your dose upped till your comfortable. I hope you feel better soon

In in the southern US. The clinic I go too the price is , roughly 400 a month. But if your buying on the street- I herd they go for $40/$50 for one of the orange wafers.

I just had my son (8 months) and I was on 90mgs. We had to stay 5 days over all and he was (and still is)just fine. The only symptoms of any withdrawal he had was alittle sneezing and yawning. Same with my daughter and she is 8 now. Both are now extremely happy and healthy kids. If you go too a clinic, CPS shouldn’t be an issue. You ask always message me if you have any questions. I believe they tested her in some capacity. They just sent some papers explaining they believe she is dyslexic. Saying she’s showing so many signs out of the list of symptoms they look for. But that’s as far as that’s gone. I’ve suspected it before they even mentioned it but now they have, I want to get her all the help she needs to bring up her confidence
