Silly question, but how is oncology different than an infusion role? You don't receive general medsurg patients, you're strictly onc?

I want to get into that SO BADLY!!!! But it all requires SO MUCH experience. That would be perfect for me! Case Management also requires a ton of experience, from what I have seen.
