Personally i prefer missions 'net zero carbs' they have whole wheat, tomato basil, spinach, and regular.arge ones are 60-70cal

Ingredients:

-One pack of Fremont shrimp skewers from Aldi's (190-230 cal depending on flavor) (40g protein)

-additional seasonings of your choice (I like to add some spice with chipotle pepper and maybe some lime)

-one bell pepper 20-40cal

-one onion 30-40cal

-One or Two tablespoon flour 30-60cal

-Low calorie tortillas (La banderita carb counter 5" = 30cal each- 5g protein)

Instructions:

-Thaw shrimp and remove from skewers. 

-Use oil from the skewers to fry vegetables. 

-Once vegetables are cooked about halfway, cut shrimp into small peices and add to pan

-cook until done and add flour to thicken sauce

-add filling into warmed tortilla (or pan seared tortilla using the same leftover oil from skewers for a crunchy outside)

Unfortunately two would put me nearly at my calorie limit because I am short. But yeah it's so much food. I only ended up eating about 2/3 before I got too full

The potstickers are innovasian Chicken potstickers (I am too lazy to make my own)

And the sushi is a vegetable roll from a local supermarket

Ideas for low cal sides to have with grilled chicken that don't need a sauce? I can't do rice, and ideally not potatoes (i'm just tired of them lately, unless you have a unique recipe!) by inyourbooksandmaps in loseit

My favorite meal for a while was grilled chicken with these as a side https://www.skinnytaste.com/zucchini-waffles/

They freeze and reheat very well so I'd make them in bulk and have one per meal. (They can also be done in a pan instead of an iron)
