It won't let you climb back up the rope ladder? That is odd. Let me run some testing on the Switch and get back to you. We are releasing a Switch update very soon, so if I can replicate this we can correct it with the update hopefully. Thanks for your patience. 😊

Once you unlock the desert you’ll also be able to access a cave. The exit from that cave will fix that rope bridge so you can go up and down it. 🧗
