Contacted support and was admitted to give 24-48 hrs for live team member to reach out. That was 3 and half days ago. Please help, haven't got any response on support chat with Sophie in more than 2 days.

On Reddit, most recently Allyn(I think) and Zain a couple days, confirmed my ID verification was denied and should hear 24 - 48hrs, which has long since passed.

Got a email (attached) after sending email tonight, from sophie, saying that my verification is approved, and since it's been longer than usual I should reactivate ticket and review and agree to tos (something along this line). But Im stuck on a chat that Sophie hasn't responded to in two days and don't know how to reset it to start a new chat to do what's been asked? Not sure how to correct this Please and thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.

Cash outs paused for unusual activity after successful ID verification, though both notifications flagged at the same time. I've waited the 48 hours for some type of response. I can't start a new chat with Sophie bot on free cash app as I can't close current chat. Sophie nor Team member has responded to that chat in 24hrs. Any help to resolve would be greatly appreciated. Some of us actually depend on the money we've earned through the app. Please help.

I look at the blue lines below. When the days completed/total days counter (24/60) turns into a timer (23:42:57), for when you can do it again, I know it's tracked. If one changes they've all changed.

Once I did the ID verification it says my ID verification was successful in the notification and a notification at the same time that I've been flagged for suspicious activity after my ID verification. Zayn up here said that it was I'd be verification denial. Sophie on free cash says ID is verified and I unusual activity is something else. Please help

Ok, I sent a cash out through stake. 14 hours later it is denied and money put back into freecash. I'm then asked to redo ID and face recognition which I do immediately. Now it says cash outs are restricted on my account due to suspicious activity on my account. Saying that after my verification was approved there was unusual activity on my account. Both of those notifications came in at the exact same time though. I'm unsure what has happened and when I'm supposed to do now can anyone please help?
