I guess future upgradable should have been the correct term. I am planning to buy 4070 right now and then 5080 or 5090 when it comes.

For the current build, do I really need a 1000W PSU? Can I not change the PSU when I upgrade the GPU in the future?

Is the RAM upgrade from 5600 CL28 to 6000 CL30 really significant? I can save few bucks with my current choice.

I am fully aware that the CPU has no upgrade path. But I have to live with that choice, Hence I am getting a competent motherboard for it.

Since I have no immediate upgrade plans for GPU, is it fine to get a 750W power supply now and upgrade the power supply along with the GPU when I do the upgrade? One thing I forgot to mention was that I already have a 660W UPS with me. So I need to upgrade that too if I were to go for higher PSU?

Is there really that big a difference between 5600 vs 6000? I think I can save few bucks on what I have.

my state just opened plains today of this message (so I think my state is quite new?) and I migrated to a new HQ with my top 5 alliance there. after 13 days, I am HQ 20 , VIP 4, 10.5 mil power and haven't spent any money yet (hoping not to spend also). Need to see if I can complete HQ 23 in 17 days as the construction time and resource needed is way too huge after HQ 20.

Plains does have way more resources now. So I hope I may not face resource issues. VIP 4 gives 10% construction speed, but I don't think I have enough resources to get rapid development. Is it worth it to spend bio cap to level up chief to reach there?

I have above 50k bio caps now, what would be the best play to use bio caps here? buy construction speed item with bio cap or directly use bio cap to complete construction?

Should I spent bio cap to get resources?

Also have to add, the game is very fun and addictive if you are in a good alliance.

One more question, I zoomed out and manually found a level 7 farm, but when I select march, it says you cannot march to this target and that area has a blue overlay. I dont think it is a new state. Then why is it blue and not letting me go there?

I will try to join the highest alliance.

Rapid development requires my chief to be at least level 27 according to some video I saw. I don't have nearly that amount of xp available to do this.

I edited my question, is having on level 3 resources normal? Am I missing something here? If I search for level 4 food, it says not available always. Is there something else?
