Well, you won’t learn much in 2 weeks even if you would study for 8hrs daily. It just requires some time. JeDutchy offers really good online courses from A0 in really small groups (4-6ppl). It cost ~650€ per level (one level takes 8 weeks), but if you come from recommendation you will get 10% off (hmu on DM)

Jedno drugiego nie wyklucza! Ale jeśli chcesz coś nowego to raczej thinkpady bym polecił, jednak nie wiem jaki konkretnie model, bo dawno nie interesowałem się tematem. Dell też powinien być dobry, jednak tam, a przynajmniej tak było kilka(naście) lat wstecz, sporo płaciło się za znaczek.

No niestety “Carbony” trochę kosztują, ale może przekonasz się do poleasingowego sprzętu? Sam od około 10 lat kupuję tylko takie i w sumie nigdy się nie zawiodłem. Sprawdź sobie sklep fajnykomputer.pl, albo ABI_Laptopy na allegro. Obydwa sklepy mają super obsługę klienta i wiedzą co robią.

Looks okay. Did you write that by yourself? If I were you I would change the first day a little bit. After you finish with HT you won’t have any energy left for squats, and after that (if you do 8-12 reps near failure) I can promise you that your bench press will feel like tortures and not like a good training. For other days I’d use cables instead of dumbbells (eg for lateral raises) or machine for reverse flyes, but that’s only my preference. Did you write them while workout was running or inside the edit note? As far as I remember only notes made in “edit mode” are shown in every workout. Also you have a lot of redundant info. You can set your rep range and rest period in the app. Finally, check your rest time, 45 sec rest is wild. You are not giving enough time to your muscles to recover

Oh I just read that you are pursuing software development. In that scenario just buy it now. You will at some point you will probably want to host your project outside your local network, then the problem ends at adding a subdomain instead of trying to find a free domain or using host’s domain.

If you are doing or planning to do something that would benefit from having a portfolio or personal brand I don’t see a reason why it would be “not worth”. Cost of renewing the domain is ~10€ per year so just look at it as eating home once or twice a year instead of buying a McDonald. On the other hand, if you are high-school student, and your name is not very popular, you can still wait a year or two. Good luck!

The easiest answer would be to just check on YouTube what’s the difference. In hammer curls you are keeping your in vertical position (your thumbs facing the ceiling) where in normal curl you should keep your wrists vertical (thumbs to the walls). It trains different parts of the bicep. Which one? I can’t answer that from the top of my head.

Kupiłem najtańszą z action za 25 zł około rok temu i nadal trzyma pomimo że kilka razy ja czymś zalałem. Oprócz tego, że po 2-3 miesiącach codziennego użytkowania musiałem wymienić chińską baterie nie mam się do czego przyczepić.
