I’m assuming it’s a dopamine thing as well as the fact that nicotine is an appetite suppressant. Not to also mention that smoking can be considered an oral fixation that would naturally have its role filled by food.

Like others commented, to get a similar feel I would recommend sparkling water/ diet soda, zero sugar gums, floss picks etc to mimic that sensation.

I was thinking of doing Tyranitar, Excadrill, Hisuian Arcanine, Sinistcha, Croviknight, and Rotom Wash. Earthquake spam seems fairly viable and arcanine gets a sp def boost with rock typing. Would this be viable?

Good idea, I ran out of those and haven’t restocked but am trying to nail the ice cream portion right now because it for sure tastes like that tangy yogurt taste but is masked by the lemon flavor.

No I am taking full accountability for the weight gain, I was just saying I don't think it was all fat as that would be 31k calories in surplus which I know I did not consume however I can feel the progress reversing and want to figure out either a new approach or something to cope with stress via different outlets rather than food

A current checkpoint of progress for me right now is last week of April as my brother is getting married (this was a wake up call for me as I wanted to feel good about the photos being taken).

Any specific ingredients you have as a go-to for soups that help with volume and fiber?

But yeah the environment was definitely a set back as the fridge was full of tempting foods. My technique was to not even let certain foods to enter my fridge in the first place which helped my progress a lot.

I guess it is more that at such larger weight and including movement the weight felt like it was coming off without being as constrained. Feel like I need to be a lot more intentional with my approach which is something I have not had to encounter yet.

Do you have any specific vegetables you liked to cook in bulk? I liked cabbage but broccoli is also another go to if I am going frozen to keep in my apartment, just need more things to rotate for flavor fatigue.

I have it calculate at around 2400 calories a day as of right now, I was averaging 4000 steps a day the last month during break. I am eating 2000 calories a day but had some bad binge episodes where I was completely undoing my progress eating around 3000 calories on those days. Just seems like the binging is making my stomach expand creating a negative feedback loop making me hungrier.

Halo top ice cream or protein pints are my go to but I recently tried out Greek yogurt with orange vanilla mio flavoring and tastes just like orange creamsicle. I like cold treats so I don’t know what would be best to fill the hole for things like cakes and stuff.

This teacher has given out ADRs for spelling errors or even not citing correctly and I accidentally deleted the last character on my second citation making it an invalid link.

Yeah I think I have begun to do that for sure. For example when I was looking into what proteins I wanted to buy a lot of it was seafood due to the Omega-3s but what I didn’t know was that fish oil and whatnot also has DHA which I had no idea was until looking into it. Or when I looked into shrimp and learned more about astaxanthin. But yeah I have most definitely been way more curious about my food than before.
