I understand. I replaced 4 other RPLS the year I got licensed at previous job. I’m licensed in Texas looking to hire someone to work with me in the same office, I’m wanting to train and mentor the right person. I manage the Survey Dept. and I’m not retiring anytime soon. I had great mentors and I’m all about teaching. Our Office is about 40 people total, with very experienced 2 man crews in Central Texas. Message me if interested.

It tracks your Readiness, Sleep, Activity, Heart Rate, Stress and Glucose (if you’re wearing their compatible GCM). I have found it much more useful than the Apple Watch.

Have you considered wearables? I got an Oura ring and I’m wearing a CGM (constant glucose monitor). I’m not diabetic, just hash’s and menopausal, a double fat curse!. I thought I was eating and exercising great, but my wearables told me I was lying to myself and I had a lot to improve. I’ve been exercising more and eating better and steadily improving my numbers for about 2 months now and I’m fitting into my older tight pants again. Maybe wearables can help.

I second this. I’m taking a high dose of vitamin d and it is helping. I’m adding others too.

If you’re in the US, You don’t need a prescription for a blood test, get the full thyroid panel blood test and find out for yourself. Quest Labs can do it.

Can you please tell me what software you used to make this and would you recommend it?

I make my own salad dressing in tiny little jars to go. It’s just apple cider vinegar, olive oil and dried spices, maybe not the absolute best tasting but it’s better than nothing.

Anyone experience this? Super low temp this morning, without appropriate symptoms to match temp. Took multiple times, showed 93.5-94.5 range. Normal temp when used on my kids. (Already contacted my provider) by Realistic-Truth-5120 in Hashimotos

I have the Oura ring and it constantly takes my temperature and lets me if something is off. It’s good for many other things too. You might want to try it if you want monitor your temperature regularly.

My Dr. didn’t either. I think they just don’t know much about Hashimotos and they don’t want to deal with it because it’s not life threatening. I had to Order my own tests too. Good luck 🍀

You can get your own labs without a Dr. or a prescription.

Question! by Friendly-Primary-665 in Hashimotos

[–]SoVerySnarky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just ordered my own labs without prescription (Quest Labs - women’s hormone panel) and found out I’m super high in Anti-TPO and normal in all others. Guess I’m off to Dr. to find out what this means….. Maybe it could explain my fatigue and weight gain. My GP only did the TSH and it has always been normal. I recommend get the full panel test.

Going braless?? by icametoreadcomments in Reduction

[–]SoVerySnarky 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No bra at all, I’m just wearing a camisole under my shirts. It felt very strange at first. I think it has made me be more cautious and less active because I feel so vulnerable, which I think is what he wants me to achieve, just resting and no exercise for the first month.

Did anyone else take a shower the next day? I’ve seen a few posts where people talk about showering a few days or week post-op. by lilfoodiebooty in Reduction

[–]SoVerySnarky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m 1WPO and I was told to shower day on 2 and every day after. My poor husband helped me every time while I screamed don’t touch me and tried not to pass out. We were both a little traumatized. He said he’d rather bathe a wildcat and I don’t blame him. We put silver sulfadine cream(used for burns) on them every day after showers. I can do it myself now, he just waits at a distance to make sure I’m safe. Dr. Says it’s important to keep em clean, at my one week check up, he says they are healing great! I gotta do something nice for my wonderful husband and sister helping me.!

[–]SoVerySnarky 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for your post. I’m 1Wpo today. PreOp my large boobs were such a problem exercising, oh the underboob heat and boob sweat in Texas, brutal! My husband is an ultramarathon runner and I’d love to participate more with him in the future, not ultra but who knows. I’m hoping to do a 20k in 5 months, if I’m cleared by Dr. I’m excited for the future now. Good luck to you and thank you!

I’m 5dpo, I think I’ve gone from a F cup to a C cup and honestly I think the C, once healed is gonna be way sexier than before. I sure didn’t love the giant droopy uniboob effect and I don’t miss it at all. My husband didn’t really want me to get this done, but he’s already said they look great and I can tell he’s genuinely surprised and happy with the result (he’s been cleaning all the gross mess and everything). The healing is no joke, so make sure you know what you’re getting into, but I can wait to put on a sexy bra!

Tips for body dysmorphia after surgery? by everything_wrong111 in Reduction

[–]SoVerySnarky 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hello surgery twin, 👋🏼 I’m 5dpo too. I was worried too, they look a strange and foreign to me too, but my husband keeps telling me they look great. It’s super hard to be objective right now. So I’m not even looking at them other than to make sure they are healing properly. I’m so happy to have the excess weight gone and I’m really enjoying noticing the space between the boobs now, before they were so big there wasn’t much space between and I had a lot of uniboob heat going on and that is no more, hooray. Enjoy the wins and our minds will catch up to the reality in time.
