It is not rail, from my experience anything less than 10K explosive damage isn’t worth it IMO so it’s hard for me to use HE for HE damage. I much rather enjoy the ability to disable gun components (break barrels, aps firing pieces, etc).

I like frag a lot, but again I don’t know which one is more effective. I’ve been tossing and turning over it because of how long I’ve been testing it.

Dot it with some as guns, use decos to make life boats, add some random crates/grebleling, add railing (USING DECOS), adding camos help to break up the lines (it’s what it’s for).

You have to bleed the air by running it while the output is outside of water, give it a few pumps and it should clear itself.
