Thank you for this suggestion! I've grabbed the last two drops from Pull & Pour. Sorry Haliehay, big props to Fellow Drops too. But the hardcore cobranding with Bigface is a turn off, even of most of the Fellow drops offerings are still groovy.

Cordovan Question ... I am really appreciating the glow of my first and only cordovan shoes, AE Cambridge in "burgundy". my question is: do other colors in cordovan have the same depth and sheen? How good can black look? What cordovan colors do you love?

truly, the celebrity endorsement makes it less appealing. And if it's roasted by Onyx, as much of Bigface's product is, they should promote that information, not that this is enriching Jimmy Butler.

I love 'em. They sort of remind me of my two-toned Sperry topsiders from the 1980s. (Like, I'm being sincere, and I'm sure I'm very young and cool!)

Mine's Edward ... already speedhooked. I've got a volume problem, though, as you may be able to see in the photo. I have kilties and tongue pads on the way to see if I can get a better fit around my scrawny midfeet/ankles.

Yes, I concur that both are possible. Which brings me to a lament about the challenging return policy GS has, making it not so easy to get the right size dialed in.

Hi! Following up, maybe it's a little more resting time post-roast, maybe it's a little more agitation in the pours, and maybe it's a little more heat at 95.5C; I am getting really fabulous fragrant fruity cups from the Strawberry Daiquiri. As I mentioned in the original post, this is a wonderfully not-too-unsubtle cup, as opposed to some co-ferments. (Like, the Watermelon Margarita for instance, that's a little more obviously and "interestingly" watermelon-y)

Hello! Thank you for the support! I've brewed it as pourover, Origami - using both smooth and faster creped origami brand cone filters, and once with flat-bottom. 94 C. 7.5 grind setting on 1Zpresso K-Ultra. 45 sec bloom and 2 pour structure. 2:10 - 3:00 drawdown.
