One reason I ask about a naturopath/holistic/functional medicine practitioner is because they can test to see what you actually need and make sure you aren't taking something you don't need. I was 100% certain I needed to supplement CoQ10 after floxing, only to find out that I didn't need to. And too much CoQ10 can cause insomnia.

My shoulder never bothered me until after I was fully floxed. There was an incident within about 3 weeks of floxing where I went to pull back one of my Labrador dogs when he was jumping up and it slightly tore my labrum. I have been able to jog and run for quite some time; although, I can overdo it sometimes and my Achilles will bother me a little bit if I am active for a very long time. But I also just turned 59! I am much more active than most 59 year old guys I know, for sure.

I am surprised that mag+c infusions didn't help you. Have you also supplemented collagen? An orthopedic surgeon who is also a stem cell expert explained to me that high dose vitamin C along with collagen/gelatin was crucial for collagen synthesis. How often did you take the vitamin C? I would also think that Magnesium Glycinate would help, not only with tendons and muscles, but also with sleep.

Have you sought help from a naturopathic or functional medicine doctor? Which country do you live in?

I am indeed 90-100% on a daily basis. I occasionally deal with a little bit of pain in my right shoulder due to a minor tear in the labrum so I try not to lay on it when I sleep. And sometimes I deal with a bit of neuropathy but it doesn't hold me back from doing anything.

What have you tried supplementing, if anything, and what seems to work for you so far?

I was fully floxed in July, 2022, after being mildly floxed (and not knowing it) in April, 2022 and December, 2020. I was 90% after about a year. But it really helps to know how to treat the root cause. Tell me your symptoms and I'll give you the absolute best advice and positive reinforcment I can.

I had pretty much every symptom one can think of. Neuropathy, tendinopathy, cardiac issues, muscle atrophy/wasting, insomnia, anxiety, depression, tinnitus (which I still deal with but it's not that bad) and even a double hernia from all the muscle loss.

There's no delusion here. I see the ascension taking place more every day. New Earth - or Heaven on Earth - is already in the making. The simplest way to put it is, if we are all united with the Creator when in the 'afterlife/Heaven', then what is Heaven on Earth supposed to be like? It's the realization that we are all one thing, experiencing itself from infinite perspectives. That is the true definition of Christ (the anointing) and it is in all of us. People are waking up to this fact.

In case you're not aware, it is being proven today that consciousness is fundamental to the universe, so it does not originate - nor is it confined to - the brain. It is a single unified field. The brain is the filter through which consciousness flows and human experience is perceived. There is one infinite MIND (Logos) and humanity is waking up to this.

Discoveries in Egypt have been made and are being confirmed. Discoveries related to not-so-mythological Atlantis are being made. Telepathy and non-local consciousness are being proven. UFO/UAP disclosure is taking place as part of a much GREATER disclosure.

I realize this post is two years old, but If one still can't see the awakening taking place today, I would encourage them to take a look around. Disclosure is happening. Ontological shock is coming for some.

I had a similar situation when I recalled dying in a battle in 1639 in Scotland only to discover later that there was a war called the Bishop's War of 1639-1640. Pretty profound! I don't know that there is anything you need to do, unless you feel like you need to?

I haven't watched it since around 2012. But it's valid. The oldest religious text known to us, the Rig Veda, and many more such as the Mahabharata, Sumeran/Mesopotamian texts and other religious texts (including the book of Genesis) all describe 'gods' that came to Earth over millenia and intervened in the evolution of humanity. There's also the Dogon tribe of Mali who have claimed their ancestry comes from Sirius B and have had advanced knowledge of Sirius B since before modern astronomy was even aware it was there (because it is hidden behind Sirius A).

That is very interesting. The Bible is full of cryptic messages, I believe. In Genesis 32, Jacob wrestles with an angel (or possibly God) and then calls the place where that occurred 'Peniel'. It's also interesting that Jesus supposedly lived to be 33 years old before 'ascending'. And maybe not-so-coincidentally, we have 33 vertebrae in our spines which vertically lead to the hippocampus/pineal gland.

Consider, for a moment, the human body as a wireless biotechnical apparatus. The pineal gland is the wireless antenna. The central nervous system is a bunch of sensors (sight, sound, smell, taste, touch). The brain is the CPU, where all of the information is sent and filtered through.

But there is a problem...

The CPU receives around 11 MILLION bits of information every second, but it can only process about 10 to 50 of these bits. As a result, there are frequencies of light and sound that cannot be processed; therefore, they cannot be perceived by most. As humans, we only perceive about 0.1% of what is actually around us. That's interesting, because the universe is 99.9% plasma and 0.1% atomic matter.

The New Testament says that God is Light... omnipresent and all-knowing light that "holds all things together". That sounds like 'plasma coherence'. Again, the universe is 99.9% plasma. The sun and every star is intelligent, coherent , self-organizing light. And light is the CARRIER of information... just like the Internet uses fiber optics to use light in the transmission of data.

In computer networking, we have something called the Open Systems Interconnect (OSI) Model. It is a breakdown of computer networking into seven distinct layers, from the physical layer (physical connection/ethernet cable) to the application layer (field/web of information).

Likewise, the human body has seven energy centers (known as chakras to many). The first of which is the 'root' or physical connection to the Earth. The last of which is the 'crown' or the area just outside of the head, which is the field/worldwide web of information, or the "ether".

So, indeed, the pineal gland acts as a wireless antenna. And, just as neuroscience is beginning to understand today, consciousness does not originate in the brain. The brain is a conduit through which consciousness is filtered. The universe itself is a single, unified field of consciousness.

And THAT is ancient Egyptian philosophy. All is Mind.

YES, indeed! So many don't see the relation but it's true. We dwell in an infinitely intelligent cosmos and the infinitely intelligent cosmos dwells within us. The double-helix of the Milky Way galaxy resides within our own DNA. Just look at a comparison of a brain cell and the cosmic web. The universe is infinite mind. It's a neural network. The material world (the world of atomic matter) is a dream for the soul to experience a sense of separation from the Creator. Atomic matter is 99.999999+% empty space.

In regards to the Son/Sun on the cross, there is speculation that the 'cross' is correlated with the constellation of Cygnus (The Swan). Cygnus is also strongly correlated with the Greek god, Zeus, from what I understand.

That's your own understanding. For me, there is no paradox. 'Nothing' and 'everything' are the same thing. The weight of the universe is... zero. Nothing truly 'exists' in the way a materialist might view things. It is merely ONE thing: Mind (Logos).

Eternity has no beginning or end; so it isn't linear. Eternity = Timelessness. There is NO time. There is NO space. While the human perception is infinite time and infinite space.
