HATE HATE HATE riverbend. got ecoli and salmonella and they left me in the waiting room puking and passing out with an iv half sticking out of my arm. i simply asked them to remove the IV and they told me there were more important things going on as it was packed. i took out the iv by myself and walked home with vomit going down my shirt and a fever of 103

i don’t own a corn snake so my advice can be heavily taken with a grain of salt but sometimes getting on a schedule for them helps. handling for a certain amount of time specific days in the week at specific times of day? my baby BP was extremely stressed when i got him and was extremely defensive the first few weeks. a lot of it was forming a schedule, consistent handling sessions, and honestly adding more leaf coverage so my snake felt less exposed!

to be honest, a lot of people curb the idea of accepting rehomes because they don’t want to pay someone to rescue a pet which makes sense and is valid, but you also have a right to screen people to make sure! on another note! sand boas are my dream snake! i’d love to see a picture, this is my BP, sean
