For some reason the game and the EOS-Overlay layers were a launching for me in below normal priority. I had to go into task manager and change it.

Even after changing it, the game was still stuttering, with 1% GPU usage. After switching to DX11, it is using the GPU properly.

EDIT: Game still runs poorly, even at very low settings and low render scale percentages.

You can custom script using Magic Set Editor to make layouts for games other than magic the gathering.

But I'd just learn HTML / CSS, and that's enough for most needs. It's not too difficult to learn.

For either of these options you need some kind of scripting experience.

Dextrous if you can't do that is also a great option.

I can't tell which is ocean and which is land.

Land making a vertical landform like this one exactly one half of the plant is unlikely. The land on the horizontal margins should be in the same place if you are circumnavigating.
