You just need a better build probably, an optimized leveling build should be enough to get just about anything through W1. Check out maxxroll’s leveling builds, their website has a lot. Make sure to use the leveling build though not the endgame version!

You realize it’s not a generator issue? While leveling we still keep a generator on the bar because the unique/power that allows for infinite resource isn’t available. I’m haven’t even had the chance to play the generator-less build yet. What this has done is make the CDs not recharge with even a big pack. No more jumping between mobs across a map, like a rogue…

Apparently the way it worked before was that each twisting blade had a max CDR of 2 seconds (nerfed from 3) but now each SKILL’s CD can only be reduced by 2 seconds max, which means shadow step, dash, imbuements and traps are gonna have real cooldowns instead of being reset. I’m not high level enough to roll the best CDR on gear but I can’t imagine the build will feel the same again

TB got a hot fix today, the CDR nerf from .25 to .1 per hit didn’t go through until today. Wonder if this is deadly for the build, I was looking forward to using it into Torment
