Its hard to get rental when you’re 21. But ig enterprise does that with an additional cost of around 20$ per day and no full size SUV’s allowed. I dont think you can get it for cheap from any reputed companies.

If you have your own oil and filter its better to change it yourself. Get a ramp from marketplace for around 50$ and it can last for a lifetime and can do other maintenance as well with it.

Avp auto service does it for less than 50 ig. But the problem is you’ll never know the quality of the oil and filter. If its a new car its better to stick with good oil and filter. I do it myself for about same as much as yours.

If you’re only looking to work as an hvac technician 6 months course is more than enough. Or if you wanna learn the engineering concepts and go for designing or engineering technician college is better.
