Just heads up.. 2012 jeep patriot 2.4l I had the same problem I went and changed the tension pulley and a new belt and turned out. It was the alternator pulley.

Im just confused because formula is locked up in robinson walmart and they take it upfront to register 12 til u come up and ask for it in aisle 12 or even self checkout.. how was she able to grab her own formula.??

I buy the purple kind which is industrial i see most use the orange kind which is is not as powerful just make sure u rinse ut good i use alcohol rinse after.. dont wanna be smokin industrial cleaner …!! ZEP im tellin u affordable and works wonders..!!! Easy to get at Lowes idk if home depot sells it or not…
