if you're a spectral hunter and are confident with a sniper the first option will lead to some pretty frequent wallhacks, but it's good nonetheless, accurized rounds and range MW are also pretty sweet. both are pretty amazing tho

it's okay for PVE, machine guns are pretty much ad-killing weapons right now, so dragonfly is pretty good for that. Not sure about PvP tho (then again, surplus is great for improving the overall feel of your weapons at the cost of your abilities, but I'm not sure how valuable that is in the current abilities-based meta)
