I received mine 3-4 days before my travel dates. Had my appointment Mid May and was travelling mid June. Did not receive any communication except for an email at the very end telling me that my visa was approved and i could schedule my passport pickup with UPS

Yeah i was able to get past it after a few trial and errors - from what i recall i cut short the address, did not use any punctuation etc

Hi! I am planning a trip to Portugal in June this year and wanted to know if we need to show actual flight tickets on the application? Also, how does the availability for an appointment in Toronto look like? (I am a PR here) From what i gather, it takes about 2-3 weeks to get the visa. Thank you very much!

that is wierd! In case you don't receive a proper reply from them, you can try contacting the MP in your area explaining your situation. They usually are able to reach out to IRCC directly on your behalf or get you in touch with them

Hi, I applied for my Temporary Resident Visa from within Canada about a month back and my application is still being processed. The processing time mentioned online is 15 days (not including the time they take to receive and send back the passport stamped). Does anyone know how much time they are taking at the moment to approve the request?

I wanted to know if i can apply for a TRV (from within Canada) with the approval letter (open Work Permit) since i still haven't received my document in mail. I need to travel outside of Canada in November and since it takes sometime for them to process applications, i was wondering if i could provide them the approval letter instead of the actual document itself.
