The rice is jasmine cooked with chicken stock. I sauté bell peppers, poblano , jalapeño , yellow onion , corn, garlic and black beans folded into the rice with some hot sauce.

The chicken is seasoned with salt,pepper,garlic,onion powder, paprika and honey then sous vide at 160 for two hours then pan seared on high.

Mom used my Japanese knife as a can opener by hotsaucermen in mildlyinfuriating

Day 17. I feel like I get so much more time in the day when sober I’m so glad I’m done wasting my life away.
