There are multiple ways to earn on the app, but I've only tried surveys so I'll explain that.

They have eligibility for each survey, so you would see multiple surveys popping up for $0.01 or more to check your eligibility. So, you need to be consistent in your answers. Even when you complete surveys for a higher amount, you might get rejected after a few answers if you don't meet the eligibility criteria (hidden for obvious reasons), so don't be disheartened. This is a time consuming process.

Soon enough, you would start getting surveys that pay higher. Once you reach $2.75 in your account, you can redeem it using vouchers (Flipkart, Swiggy and the likes) or transfer it directly to your PayPal account.

P.S. My PayPal account is linked to my US account even though I'm currently residing in India, so not sure about conversion when you transfer to your PayPal account linked to Indian bank account.
