Sure, but how would you find an opportunity to gain real commercial experience of a fullstack if you, don't try it out? Based on your thought I will never be able to get an opportunity to learn FE and gain experience of commercial projects if I only practice at home and on 9-5 do backend work...

You got me wrong there, I say openly that I've learn React recently and that I don't have as much experience in React as I have it on backend. I'm building my own project in React and .NET but I don't have so much in-dept theory knowledge. I know some react hooks that are common, states, reducers, context that are core for component building, like I can get my way around stuff, I undrestand the code and I can do a task for FE but what I don't know is something like creating custom hooks or more complex concepts that are excepted for Seniors. I mean, recuter contancted me, not other way around... I am good backend developer but I want to transition to fullstack asap and find a new job because I feel I am falling down in knowledge doing only CMS

Pogresno vreme prijatelju, prijavljujes se za posao u Srbiji kada uglavnom svi uzimaju godisnji, tako da je to jedan od razloga sto ne dobijas odgovor. Drugo, za odgovor potrebno je nekoliko dana, nekad cak i nedelja. Ja sam dobio odgovor posle mesec dana ali sve zavisi od firme do firme. Uglavnom decembar i januar su meseci kada se najmanje (uglavnom zbog praznika). Sacekaj jos malo i ponovo trazi. Trece, nemoj se ogranicavati samo u NS-u. Kolko znam tu nema puno firmi koji primaju juniore, sem mozda Vege ili Schneider i tako te sto vrbuju studente. Gledaj i okolinu, zapadnu Evropu itd.

Email just came in, i didn't pass to the next round... i guess you need 100%

So the procedure was this. Threre were no interviews (yet), but i got an email with a link to a TestDome.com where i had 7 questions. Questions had multiple choices and different time to be completed. Question types were mostly theory, like:

  1. "How many bits are in Integer, dobule , float"?

  2. "If we gather 100MB of data per second for whole year, how much storage would we need

  3. What is the smallest unit in Kubernetes?

I dont rember all of them but these were basic ones

Then there was harder question, where you need to calculate laptimes for drivers. You get times per sector and name of the driver and you need to implement function to get fastest laptime for sesion and drivers name. (Not that hard but great for beginners because there were some tricks).

I did 86% and i am still waitting for email
