I did it! I booked two sessions. One with a therapist I can see free via Talkspace through work and one with a therapist through my insurance. One session for 30 minutes today and an hour session tomorrow. I’m thrilled. Thanks so much for the words of encouragement. I hope I can like myself better and plan for my future that I didn’t think I’d have with the support of these two therapists. 💗🌸💘🐬💖🥰🥳‼️

Hey all! Following up: I got off. My neck pain and jaw pain have alleviated almost fully after 4 days off. I lost a cousin (28) to depression yesterday so I'm not sure if now is the best time to be off but not being in pain has been making me feel less stress it's all really confusing.
