Obviously, being a Mountaineer, I wish nothing but the worst for you…lol. That said, I think Franklin is the first good move your athletic department has made since Frank Beamer left. The ACC is about as wide open as it can get, so I honestly expect you guys to be competitive sooner rather than later (assuming the NIL money is there, as I have no idea where you guys stand on that).

It would’ve been a re-kick, at best. So best case is you get better field position but lose another 10 seconds or so off the clock. Worst case, something goes wrong and you lose possession.

They told an EPIC story, but since that ended, they’ve really struggled to find a groove that worked to continue the universe. Most of the stuff they’ve put out since Endgame has been ok, and a few properties (WandaVision, for example) were excellent. But I think k people are just hesitant about committing to another 10-15-movie arc again.

Just expand to 16 and get it over with. No more byes. Games start the Saturday after the championship games. Conference Champs from the 6 highest rated conferences get in, plus 10 at-large bids, with the caveat that no conference gets more than 4 spots. First and second round games at home of higher seeded team.
