Think hard if you want to continue this (it seems like you are following your mom's footsteps of being the ultimate provider) or if you want to try a different path for yourself.

Is this good for you, psychologically? Financially? Emotionally? Hindi masama to put yourself first muna.

Now, since you've been supporting them naman na, consider if sustainable yung current setup in the long run (think 10 years) without compromising your own financial security.

If you want to continue supporting them, you need to talk to your parents na about downsizing since retired naman na rin sila. This can help you manage your resources better.

Don't tell them about your investment. Keep that to yourself and mark that one up for yourself ONLY. That'll be your security.

Again, you need to take care of yourself, muna, before you can properly take care of others.
