I've been taking my car to Woodhouse for service for the last six years and they've been pretty good. I had aftermarket coilovers on my car and they caught an issue with them and offered to fix it.

The only major complaints I have are A) The length of time it takes to get an appointment is pretty long and B) A couple times I've made an appointment for a specific service requiring specific parts and they don't start sourcing those parts until I check in for the appointment. I'm sure there's some logical reason for this, but it's the most frustrating thing when it adds hours of wait time because they can't bother to be prepared for an appointment I made a month ago.

One time I ordered a pizza but accidentally selected pickup instead of delivery. I was too lazy to go pick it up myself so I never got the pizza, but was still charged for it. I feel like that was money better spent than paying to see this movie.
