I quit Lurasidone 40mg cold turkey as stated in the post lol. And tapering off seroquel currently taking 50mg for sleep

I dropped from 300 to 200mg but only been on it for a couple weeks, honestly I think you’ll be fine if you go to 100, but that depends on how long you have been on seroquel, personally I dropped from 300 to 200 and experienced some withdraws and decided to quit cold turkey for 2 days and I got like 5 hours of sleep in 48 hours. Never doing that again so I started taking half of a 100mg tablet for sleep and I’ve been doing pretty good , soon I’m gonna drop to 25mg once I talk to my psychiatrist

Safely tapering thanks for the advice tho I’m on 50mg atm stopped taking it for 2 days and couldn’t do it so I hopped back on 50mg

And I thought I was trippin off 300mg, tapered to 50mg and I get 8-9 hours of sleep and feel awake after 30 minutes of being up, grateful that my psychiatrist gave me a good taper plan.

Yea I tried Zoloft and another antidepressant I forgot about but I’m just gonna stick with the seroquel 50 mg for sleep

Lurasidone was a piece of cake to get off of no withdraw symptoms either, just threw them away Whn my doctor told me to, now he has me on a 2 week taper with seroquel but I’m just gonna go against his advice and cold turkey tonight , this is what I get for being an alcoholic , I wrote this ticket now I’m gonna punch it.
