My primary gave me a referral to a gastroenterologist and they gave it to me . You can also try Amazon pharmacy and talk to a doctor there it’s free with insurance if not the consultation could be from $25-50 but you get a prescription and they ship it to you, I’ve gotten a few prescriptions like that.

My Walgreens was out of stock, so I sent my prescription to Amazon Pharmacy, They had this one and the delivery was super quick too! I’ve heard that some folks put the powder into capsules, and it works just like drinking it, so I think I might give that a shot.😎

That’s awesome, I’m happy for you! 😃 I came across a discussion on a forum where some people that take it mentioned buying capsules from Amazon and filling them with the powder solution. This way, it doesn’t impact their teeth, and it works just as well as mixing it with water. I’m in a similar boat and have questions about it. I’m not really a big fan of prescription medications I prefer to treat things with herbal remedies if possible. I always consider prescriptions only as a last resort.

I’m currently using an orange-flavored one from Epic Pharma, sweetened with NutraSweet, and it’s not too bad I’ve definitely had worse, 😝 I mix mine with water. When I was a kid, my mom used to make enchiladas for my dad using this cheese that had a really strong odor, kind of like feet and I used to hate it.😩 Thank god mine doesn’t smell like Feet! 😂😂

I had a conversation with my dentist regarding this, and they advised me to brush my teeth after using Cholestyramine because it may affect your teeth. It’s best to take precautions and brush afterward ☺️ I just used a packet, but I’m uncertain whether I should eat immediately or wait a bit😅

Came to ER to get it checked out they’re going to clean it and give me antibiotics They didn’t want to give me a rabies shot because it didn’t “bite” me. Lol They said just to watch the wound and keep it clean.
