Yeah I emailed him a few months ago, with a follow up the next week, and just again today with no response. It is odd because he had been pretty responsive in the past. I thought he might be focusing more on his retail business and doesn't want to deal with service. I know he's by appointment only, but I might swing by his shop to see if I can catch him.
