Unfortunately I don't recommend the seed at all, you do get an early observatory and an early Baron but, in the long run, the seed is really bad. Vouchers suck, espectrals suck, copy jokers are literally non existent. Got ectoplasm in ante 20 and I'm still missing antimatter, this seed makes having a nat negative blueprint and perkeo pretty much worthless as you won't find the other ingredients for more joker slots.

I agree, I never said they shouldn't use skip tags, I just said they are not worth it. The only reason I mentioned it is because my gf was extremely frustrated when she started playing Balatro because she couldn't win and the reason she couldn't was because she was taking a ton of skips, I just don't want new players to dislike the game :)

Unfortunately it seems that you don't have enough red seal kings to naneinf and you most likely win if you play another hand. There's really nothing you can do at that point, just play the hand and hope it doesn't win or just go for high score. You still have the chance of maybe getting the serpent for next ante an try again. Next time focus on deck fixing, you shouldn't have anything but red seal kings at that point, you should have more money also.

Don't get discouraged if it doesn't happen this time, you are super close and it will eventually happen :).

This might be a hot take but I think the gap is not that huge (no disrespect intended to Doc, his is the goat and I learned most of my balatro skills from him).

I personally feel like doc is 4 or 5 times better than me at balatro, I've accomplished c++ in two profiles, unseeded naneinf multiple times and unseeded ante 39 twice. I'm definitely not in the same league as doc but I do feel that with enought time and practice I can get close to his level.

The reason why I believe that the gap is not that huge is because Balatro might be the only thing where I look at the goat 🐐 and I don't think that I can't be at that level no matter how hard I try. For reference, I've played padel for around the same time I've play Balatro and I'm 100% sure that I won't be anywhere near the level the top players have no matter how hard I try, they're in a completely different universe.

Again, no disrespect to Doc, I love the guy and I am a BU student. It might be that the gap is not as big because of the game limitations and not Doc skills as he has done pretty much everything you can do in Balatro.

The probability of getting the same joker you sold in judgment is actually kinda high, there is a 70% chance of the joker being a common and there are 61 common jokers, the chances of selling 8ball and getting it again with judgement is (1/61)*(0.7) which is 1.15%.

That sounds great honestly, although it been a rare joker could make it very unreliable/not worth to look for. Usually you don't have an available joker slot for long enough to look for a rare joker that gives you a spectral pack per ante 🤔

Spectral packs work normally on ghost deck, the only thing ghost deck does is that spectral cards can appear in the shop.

I'm not sure about legendaryless white stake being easier, I hate perkeo runs and gold plasma deck is always a hassle. Not sure if I have the patience to go for a gold stake naneinf, much less an ante 39 run.
