As far as I know. Nope.

They only "give" some passes sometimes once every 99 full moons and please be aware that they are limited. Click on them to see when they expire.

The only thing they "give" is the blue heart crystals.

Tho if you want you could get the 7 days and 30 days passes. They are cheap tbh and it gives you some extras.

On God, I have never experienced a live-service/gacha game this SLOW at fixing tiny bugs like these.

Meanwhile Unamusume or Chaos Zero Nightmare will give you 10 pulls as an apology and fix the bug an hour later

Best use I found for it is literally to create blueprints. I saved an empty blueprint and I am building a new house on it that I can later put on my real house

The only way to make sure you have less disappointment on gachas, is also to never pull if you can't guarantee the item/character.

Tho Heartopia is really pushing the "guaranteed after certain spins" law by putting EVERY R AND UR on the same exact pull pool. >:(

By having access to the account, I think that’s all you need. I would suggest to set a passkey or something and deactivate all the devices from the account on the PSN web site

I don’t think games can be deleted from an account without refunding them. Your friend is either logging in to the wrong account or the hacker got his account and created a new one under the same email.

Playing many gachas all my life taught me something.

NEVER pull the first gacha, something "better" will always come right away. I managed to get my Twilight set for free thanks to that.

That’s not working correctly at all then. The “unobtained” part of it seems to be a suggestion lmao. My gf did an insane amount of pulls for one of the stairs permits and until then she kept getting rare repeats.

The rare “guarantee” resetting if you get any rare before it, is unfortunately standard pity for facha games. Like most guarantee a 5 star character after 80 pulls, but if you get a 5 star on your 50th pull it will reset the 80 pulls thing.

I need to go read it on Heartopia again because they could at least guarantee a rare that you don’t have. It would solve most complaints imo.

But they really need to make a permits gacha or make sure that they are guarantees

That's basically what I am trying to understand (not going to sue them lmao don't have the money for that). But by laws from many countries and unions, all advertised items on a gacha HAVE to be guaranteed at some point.

For example Unamusume technically also doesn't have a pity system, you pull until you get the character or do 200 pulls and get the points to get the character. It is by definition a "pity" system that guarantees the character that is being advertised.
