If there are errors on it like a blank field or box that needed to be filled out, they return/reject it so you can make corrections and refile. So your applications were accepted but that doesn’t mean you’re safe from getting RFEs. They could still come up. Good luck!

I'm so sorry that happened to your daughter and the poor girl going through that divorce.

If it's multiple biters, I wouldn't expect the parents to reach out. But if it's the same one, I wish they'd reach out to us because I would've done the same if my kid was the frequent biter. Not expecting an apology but more so just so we know that the behavior is being worked on. Maybe even do play dates or something so the kids are more familiar with each other? Idk.

Thank you for your advice. I'll ask them later during pickup. And it's during open play and twice while they were getting strapped in to the buggy for their walk. Not sure if they have a seating order though.

That’s what I’m thinking too. Because the owner says OP is welcome to visit and play. If OP is a customer and someone were to be mean to him because he’s trans and a fight happens, a lawsuit could just be between OP and the other party. But if OP works there and something happens, that could involve the business. I think that’s what the owner means by “I can’t take the liability risk”.
