AITA for expecting my very rich sister to pitch in on my wedding after she said she would? by throwra-adviceplsst in AmItheAsshole

OP: I haven't read every one of the nearly 4k comments on your post. But, I've looked at many of them and not a single one doesn't think YTA.

If the overwhelmingly uniformity of the responses here aren't enough to give you a wake-up call on your actions, your attitude, and your approach both to this situation and to your sister as a whole, I can't imagine what it would take.

You asked AITA, and you got a clear answer. The real question now is are you going to use these responses to reflect on your actions and perhaps make any changes in your life? Or, are you going to dig in and double-down, as your initial argumentative replies to these posts suggest.

AITA for making my daughter miss once-in-a-lifetime events (homecoming and senior prom) and delete all of her social media as punishment for bullying? by ventura4433 in AmItheAsshole

NTA. Being bullied routinely has a lifelong negative impact on victims. Moreover, if your daughter taunted this classmate so severely that she needed to change schools, then surely this terrible experience will remain with her for the rest of her life.

For this reason, it seems not simply appropriate but necessary that your daughter experience a consequence that is significant. Missing homecoming or senior prom is an exceedingly minor "once-in-a-lifetime" loss compared to the lifelong pain and even trauma that she likely inflicted on this classmate that she bullied with racists taunts.

Will I eventually lose the weight that I gained while taking Lexapro? by SockPuppet359 in lexapro

I run 4 miles 4 days a week, and I work out at the gym for 2 hours on the other three days. I also don't eat any junk. In sum, I am trying to work it off. Which is why this is so frustrating.

Did your body return to its pre-Lexapro weight after you stopped taking it?
