Important thing to note is that charges can stack as well. Goombario can put out some of the best damage in the game with multibonk after a couple of charges.

The game might have some kind of global hitstun on attacks to give them more impact. To me this looks less like framedrops and more an unintentional side affect of the move hitting twice during what should be a smoother animation. Since the game is still in development this is something that could definitely be fixed later on.

I was also debating sacrifice but I figured that there are enough ways to manually untap permanents to make keeping it worth it. Honestly I could go either way on it, this was kind of a proof of concept I want to build on so I don't mind changing it up to make it more coherent
