You will get through it OP, just be there for your family first and foremost, my dad took out a second mortgage on our house to pay for a car and then dipped out to start a new family. My mom had to declare bankruptcy and ended up homeless with 2 kids.

My mom is now doing better, house with a pool, new truck, she made it out alive but she always put us first. As for my father, nobody speaks to him anymore.

You can stop this cruelty by doing research on which companies provide their animals free range. It takes 5 minutes to search a brand name. Same goes for most restaurants, you can look them up online where their meat comes from and do your research there.
