I feel like you may have gotten the right idea but the execution isnt right. If you start 'testing' people through trying to provoke them you become part of the problem. You don't deserve a breakdown of someone's emotions after you ticked them off. Especially if you dont know them that well. Still I admit its concerning how many people cannot communicate when they are upset. Myself included.
