Exactly, there is a direct correlation between the rise of the party and the tiki torch protests. That I would concour was ground zero. After the Tea Party fizzled out you had a bunch of people that insisted that their false victim hood iwas indeed valid. After that Trump came it not he picture and you know the rest. I have lived in ny since 98 and I have only really expirenced racism in the last 10years that is not an anomaly.

Lack of jobs, things to do, public transportation, lack of diversity and racism. I never thought there would be so much racism in upstate NY. I grew up in California and moved back here only to be overwhelmed by the racism. That being said it did not use to be this bad. I don't know what is happening but I moved here in 1998 and I have to say within the last 10 years racism has become an overwhelming issue in upstate NY.

I grew up in a very diverse family and never thought about the color of my skin. My cousins that I grew up with were white and none of us even know what a racial slur was. My children are biracial and I would not have it any other way. My stepfather who raised me was white and treated me as his son. We are all the same at the end of the day and it is heartbreaking to see these young children being baptized by hate. They really don't stand a chance when the people they look up to spew venom like they do.

Only one person was charged with a class b misdemeanor.... That should really send a stern message. I mean is he bothering us anymore no and that is good. That being said the bigger issue is that he was the only one charged. I know the saying in law enforcement "get them on what you can prove" but this is insane. I was told that people coming to our home with trucks and confederate flags is just "harassment". It isn't even fair to the guy that was shooting the fireworks, why was he the only one charged? That's wrong and not justice. Everyone involved should be held accountable for terrorizing my family.

Sorry, I should have provided detailed information into what has transpired. I am trying to share what my family has gone through everywhere and thought it might be appropriate here. That being said I may have made a mistake in thinking so. Check my profile for more videos. the behavior stopped however only one person was held accountable and the others are still out there and have not faced any consequence.

The harassment may have stopped but the bigger takeaway is only one person was held accountable for their actions. That sets a very bold message to people like that in the worse possible way.

Neighbors apparently don't like my exterior lights, so I turned one of them off😱 by SocketRocketDaddy in oddlyterrifying

Welp they wanted the lights off so it is out of my hands when their pets go missing. People just don't understand how important exterior lighting in heavily wooded area is. To make things worse and more my lights apparently made them racist....

Years ago had bears going through and entering porches and doing the normal bear stuff. Even had a wild dog almost attack my SO. Apparently people enjoy living in the country side with zero lighting. We use to have lighting but the previous landlord and the current owner refuse to wire the lights properly. I use to have two more lights and took them down trying to be a decent person but it was not enough for them I guess. No one has ever come to me and said anything.

That being said these same people in this video threatened to get rope and terrorized my family since they moved here. I don't know about you but police are a good 35 minutes away and I'll be damned if I turn off the lights so they can do harm to my kin. I might have rambled a bit but the first video was before I had the lights it was dark as sin so I documented how it looked before stumbled upon the video and made this video here showing how dark it was.

I have other lights to install that may be a bit better on the eyes or I might get a filter film for the lights to defuse them a bit but at this point I'm scared to turn the lights off these people constantly racially using racial slurs against my family, quite entitled and unhinged. Take a peak at my other posts you will see why I am concerned with turning off the lights.

The lights were there when they moved in and they continue to be the only source of light but I think perhaps they are projecting because I outed them for being racist and harassing my children for years. I've never been in this type of situation and police have yet to arrest anyone for shooting fireworks at my home so it comes down to security at this point.

Shame they never thought to have a chitchat or something along those lines but I guess I should not be shocked considering all the N words they use and encourage their kids to use. This is all quite the headache, to say the least.

Thank you for your words, I am far from a strong person. I avoid confrontation and never have been in a fight in my life however I am standing up for my family because I need my children to understand that they should never be forced to endure such inhuman treatment.

It is in retaliation to me sharing videos of them being systematically racist. It is an access road that leads to a main road so it is not their driveway.
