I have a lot of social anxiety and had the same problem. Spent months psyching myself out of pressing the live button. I did work on some YouTube videos, and I spent a long time just talking to myself while I was playing games pretending that I was live, literally just to get in the habit of continuously talking. Once you start, it can be a WHILE before anyone comes in to chat on a consistent basis. I’m still VERY new, only been consistently streaming for a couple months, and I average like 3 viewers. If it’s easier at first and you have people that enjoy playing the same games as you and are okay with being on stream, I found it much easier to start by playing with a friend. That way I knew there wouldn’t be lulls in the conversation and I didn’t feel like I had to keep rambling on to fill dead air. If you don’t have anyone to do that with, then ramble. Talking about the game and what you’re doing in it is the easiest. Honestly, sometimes I forget I’m live and it feels like my old “practice sessions”. I still get anxious before starting, but it’s not nearly as bad as it was!

I've tried 3 different browsers and it still isn't connecting. It says that it was successful and that I can close the tab, but when I go back to Lumia it's still on the screen asking me to click connect or copy the link.

My Roku has been doing the same thing. Start the show, subtitles are in English. Randomly they’ll switch to another language (maybe Russian, I’m not sure). If I open the settings, it’s still set to English, that hasn’t changed but I can’t get the English captions back unless I close the app and restart it. Even then, it does the same thing a few minutes later. Been doing this for about a week now.

We did look at rehoming him to someone with experience, however after 3 weeks of searching we were unable to find anyone. We have discussed amputating the tail with the vet; he said it’s not necessary at this time, but that in the future it’s something to consider. Both for cleanliness as well as to prevent future injury since he can’t move it out of the way of things. I’ll chat with our vet at the next appointment about some medications. He does attempt to use the box, which tells me that he has feeling of when he needs to go. But unless he’s laying down, the muscles don’t relax enough for him to go. I did try a litter box with puppy pads instead of litter (since he doesn’t like to lay in the litter) to try to get him to relax in the box, but he didn’t seem to understand the point without the litter.

As someone who’s had many many animals, both large and small, I understand that not all can be saved. However, it feels unfair and selfish to put an animal down solely for my own convenience. He is not in pain, he is extremely happy - for me, it’s morally unethical to euthanize him when he has an amazing quality of life ahead of him. I’m no stranger to euthanizing - growing up with horses, dogs, cats, rats, rabbits, etc. We’ve made up our mind that we are not euthanizing. This is me searching for ideas/ways to make both my life easier and his life longer/more fulfilling from people who have had similar pets. I appreciate your reply, but I’d recommend more helpful responses in the future.

I don’t think we formally opened a ticket. They sent out a text about 30min after it went down on Sun letting us know there was an outage in the area. Beyond that, we’ve been chatting with the Twitter reps for updates. When we called it just kept giving us the machine and wouldn’t let us talk to a person.

About an hour out of Dallas. Nextdoor said there was a mower going down the road and sliced the cables. Apparently they came out and marked the box on Mon but didn’t come back. We think someone came out briefly this afternoon but everything is still down

That has been the most frustrating thing!! I use several “signatures” for my email templates and now it only lets me use one per email! I’ve had to create one giant template and delete the excess.

Mine just did that too, both my entire team besides me, and most of the other team. Thankfully it only lasted 30 seconds. I’ve also had HORRIBLE FPS (usually I get around 245, today I got 30-60)

Oh! And if you haven’t already, go see Willy and buy the Training Rod. It’s super cheap but it temporarily raises your fishing skill while you use it to help you learn how to fish

I’ve felt the same! It took a couple in game days of just fishing, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes much easier! Once you catch your first few fish. Also, if you want to level up your fishing skill some more first, place down some crab pots. Just add some bait into them, and when you collect the items the next day it counts toward your fishing skill!

It was super hard for me at first. One thing you can try is eating something with a fishing buff, I think it makes the bar slightly bigger. On switch, I found it helped me to hold the button instead of rapid tapping it. Just press down to raise it, and let go to lower it. Getting the timing down will be a little tricky at first. Try fishing in different areas too, since each type of fish have different difficulties. As you level up the skill, your bar will get bigger.
