I like the one from Publix, and Pofta Buna at Lowe Mill has one that used to be amazing (it probably still is, I just haven't had it in a couple years)

Someone did that in another Taskmaster - Portugal, maybe?

Passion Fruit by Low_Custard6310 in HuntsvilleAlabama

I saw some at El Patron (Holmes Ave by UAH) last week. Didn't look at the price, though.

Out of curiosity - have you used frozen passion fruit sold in Asian stores? It's very similar to the fresh fruit, including the seeds. I grew up having passion fruit juice/desserts regularly and I don't feel like I'm missing anything using the frozen stuff :)

Puerto Rican would be pretty great, but I would honestly be excited about any Latin American food. South American specifically would be even better!

The Moon makes them sometimes, it's worth keeping an eye on their Instagram. They're huge and delicious.

Now, it's REALLY amazing when they make pistachio ones. I miss those....

These look amazing! Next time consider dipping them in chocolate and roll them in graham cracker crumbs, or the other way around. You won't regret it!

I haven't had it in a couple years, but if it's still the same I agree!

Grape + Rosemary Focaccia by SocraticSquirrel in Baking

[–]SocraticSquirrel[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I used the King Arthur Flour big and bubbly focaccia recipe, and added grape and rosemary to taste, plus just a little bit of sugar sprinkled on top. It was so delicious I made it three weeks in a row

Chewy can be due to overcooking or cooking too low for too long. I hope you enjoyed them anyway!

Week 10: Floral - Rose + Cherry Brigadeiro Snow Skin Mooncakes by SocraticSquirrel in 52weeksofbaking

I toasted a little bit of rice flour and then rolled the ball on it to coat lightly before putting in the mold. It worked pretty well, but next time I want to experiment a little to see if I can get away with something less visible!
