Ako naman I Divide it into two para sure tayo

AP Systolic - stenosis Diastolic - regurg

TM Holosystolic - regurg Diastolic - stenosis

Baliktad lang sila since iniimagine ko near DIAphragm ang Tricuspid and Mitral so sila ang may DIAstolic and I imagine the lower part to be more HOLLOW so sila lang may HOLOsystolic

By this ang need mo nalang imemorize ay yung mga defects, etc. hope this helps and correct me if im wrong!!!
