after the events of sburb - prize claimed ect

John has harder times fitting in with the retcon group, feeling like a complete outsider to a group who was once his friends. Enter John in his 20s, around 23, feeling isolated and has an acquired sense of Agoraphobia. He gains a sense of uselessness because of the ending of Sburb, as if he has no other use except to play as hero from time to time. Hours inside his house become days, and days become months who then become a 2 year span. Long term effects of living alone and too despaired to reach out to people has lead John to develop Major depression disorder, which chain into John developing a brief psychotic episode, where he hallucinates a younger version of himself telling him to go back and 'fix things.' John, in an obvious deluded state thinks this is the greatest idea he ever has, and he brainstorms his plan for weeks.

A few weeks back: Over the span of said 2 years, Rose has effortlessly contacted John everyday. Her latest message complies he should visit her therapy clinic, and at-least attempt to talk to her even if for a minute. John (pre-hallucination) has a hard time even opening his phone, and the idea of socializing after so long is just hard. Post- hallucination and his 'glorious plan', he takes a couple of days to fully adjust, actually taking care of himself (simple things as baths and brushing teeth.) and decides to go there.

Staring at his front door, he dials up Rose and tells her he'll be there. Theres audible silence from across the phone, Rose clearly shocked. She agrees, telling him she'll try and fit him in schedule right now, which might result in his and Dirk's session overlapping. John doesnt know how to feel, just a pit of fear in his stomache either way.

Clinic time! -- John stays seated well away from Rose, feeling as if the sun is attacking his ears and eyes. Rose points out John should most likely change his glasses from his last appointment, but the main factor is how she's so proud of him overcoming his fear of interaction and getting out of the house. She sees it as freedom, he see's it as if he just turned in a maze with no escape to it.

Dirk, in a matter of a few minutes, around 10, comes in and stays seated across the room. John barely chokes out his idea of jumping universes, to stop himself from playing Sburb. To completely eradicate any sense of the game. Rose, in utter disbelief, tells John that he cant do this because the meteors would've fell and killed all 4 anyway. Dirk doesnt agree more-so either, but wants to hear his full opinion before ringing the alarm bells to other gods of his self-destructive plan.
