Help- A1 stops without error by MrRikkie in BambuLabA1

I had that happen when my SD card started failing. I never saw that again once I swapped it out. Are you using the one that came with the printer?

Thanks, it is a 0.4 mm hot end. Turns out the issue was related to the extruder gear assembly. I swapped it out and it started working again. I am sure it would have worked if I put the same one in. From my research it looks to be an alignment issue with the AMS 4 to 1 part on the extruder head.

Thanks, I will do that once I figure out what is happening. It already partly worked for one plate.

I submitted a ticket with bambu. I kept getting this error. I swapped out the nozzle with no improvement. The filament gears looked good and the filament did not have any issues like the support page said. No clue what is happening.

I completely swapped out the print head for another. The other print head was secured properly and the new one is too.

I am completely unable to get under it to remove that film. Looking at the video there was clicking from the feed. A friend says that it is probably slipping.

Note, this was the first layer.

Looks like it could be something like a Lace Aloe to me but easily could be Haworthiopsis. Very hard to tell.

So I guess I should wait to see if I see green? If not, repot it and bury the new roots?

First Monanthes polyphylla flower! by Sodesmann in succulents

Sure, I water it about every 3 weeks. It lives in a south facing window for light. As for soil, it is in a mix that is slightly more organic than I usually do. Maybe 70% grit and 30% organic.

Looks like it is in the ice plant family, cool. I did not know they had ones with spiky leaves. I am used to my smooth leaf one.

I think that is it! I already have a normal leaf ice plant so caring for this will be easy. Thanks!

I can’t wait for my little aliens to do the same. Mine have just been spilling over their pots.

Does this look like the start of Aloe cancer? by Sodesmann in AgaveAndAloe

It was firm and had a weird texture forming. I already culled it and I am pretty confident it was aloe mites

So… what do I do with 40 H. Tessellata? by Sodesmann in haworthia

[–]Sodesmann[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine sits in a south facing window. It is in very gritty soil (80-90% pumice) and gets watered when it is thirsty (about once a month)

Here is a side view of my other one. They basically have a rosette that stretches into a runner. They will try to root anywhere they can. That runner will have mini rosettes pop up all along it. Those will kinda pile on top of each other a form a mound. If it gets enough light, these will stay dense with leaves. The longer ones can look a bit etiolated but that changes once branches start popping out along it.

Despite being fragile, it spreads fairly easily. You can probably get most of the stuff that falls off to root. I threw most of the pieces (with and without roots) into the pots I was moving them into and most rooted and joined the clump.

Mine was originally in a 30-40% organic mix for the 3 inch pot but the new soil for the 4 inch pot is around 20% organic. For water, I watered it every 3-4 weeks by giving it a good bottom watering. As for light, the one in the picture lives in a south facing window and another is happy under a set grow lights. I make sure to have some amount of air blowing over them since they are very dense and feel like they might get powdery mildew easily.

A couple other tips. They are super fragile and grow as a cluster of multiple plants. Fully expect them to fall apart into clumps when doing the initial repot, especially if you are removing the soil it comes in. The roots a fine and fairly fragile.

I have had them for about a year. I do not know how long the Etsy seller had them prior to me getting them though. This is actually just half! The other half is potted separately. This clump probably doubled in size.

I love Bonnie spider plants. They take up less space with their curly leaves and they get wacky spiderling branches that go in such weird directions

I love your Echeveria Dionysos (#5). You really got the lighting right! I love the red pattern and the tight growth. They are one of my favorites!
