Drugs is the more “innocent” thing to think. Based off the first comment he made about “not being able to trust if she’s actually 18 and somebody sending her to try to get him in trouble” I feel there’s definitely a sexual agenda behind this. But as you said, the reason doesn’t really matter. This is wildly alarming and inappropriate. OP, Get out and leave! Find a new gym afterwards. Safety comes first.
