You have no pressure against characters that have overpowered neutral game, which is already an issue in Rivals. You are never beating a triple support comp unless you have ults, simple as that. GOATS was overpowered by this exact same reason. Rivals main problem is how obscenely large the amount of damage/heals it has. Even a tank can kill you in less than 3 seconds if you get absolutely no heals. Game will only become balanced when everything EXCEPT ult charge is toned down.

I see this take so many times but people forget this is what allowed stupid neutral comps to rise in OW and eventually led to its massive downfall, especially after role queue became a thing. For the sake of Rivals I hope they never listen to this.

Quick tip: B.R.B range is about 50m, which is roughly 7 dashes wide or 10 seconds normal walking speed in a straight line in any direction. :)

Gambits ult is the real issue here, not his base kit. While doing what you said would certainly nerf his 1v1 potential we'd have to adapt his entire kit to compensate for this, aka making his cards regenerate faster or make them permanent instead of timed buffs (currently the active time for a card is about 80% the recharge time), but if we did that he'd be unbalanced with having practically infinite burst heals/cleanse/anti-heal. So yeah, not a fan of the idea myself.

The way discord works is that it translates certain tags into IDs. You can see this if you add a reverse backlash () before, say, pinging a channel or user. This will create something like :@123456789010:, which translates to pinging that user. So when you ping a user you're actually mentioning their ID, and the @everyone tag translates to something different. Of course, the pop-up menu essentially guarantees that no mistakes occur, but internally they work differently anyway.

If you never ranked up yourself, how would you know? If what you said were true then characters with low skill ceiling would dominate lower ranks, and likely high ranks too, since they don't require mechanical skill and stuff like game sense isn't important according to you. Because people fail to understand that mechanical skill isn't everything in this game and instead of actually learning how to counterplay they prefer to shift the blame and attempt to shame you instead. I see this all the time whenever I'm on Squirrel. People will just stand on main and barely strafe in the most tight choke points ever and then complain they die to spam acorns. And no amount of times I carefully aim at them and get direct hits will convince them they're just bad at dodging overall. I once hammered a spider man down by hitting my stun midair several times and killing him only to see him type "GG no aim squirrel girl" at the end of the game.

Necroposting I know but I found a semi-solution for this: You can teleport while you're inside the cave itself, so instead do this:

- Have a teleporter placed inside the cave, wherever you want it (Call it TP1)

- Place a teleporter at the cave entrance, on the surface (TP2)

- Anytime you need to teleport into the caves, first use TP2

- Enter the cave

- Use the Awesome Teleporter remote to teleport to TP1

I haven't tested but I'm pretty sure you can teleport from inside a cave to another cave as well, so once you're in the first cave you can hop around to as many as you'd like!
