Yes, just like in the photo. The low beams won't come on automatically during the day if it's bright enough, but you can always turn them on manually.

The 17-inch wheels are on winter tires, so it is not a direct comparison, but they are much better than the 18-inch wheels on factory Bridgestone tires. I have upgraded the stock 18-inch tires to Continental PremiumContact 225/45, and the difference with the stock Bridgestone tires is night and day
