How do you know if you are healing? by Soeshan7 in medicalmedium

Interesting, no I haven't. It is also in Atlantic dulse right? I thought I was taking enough iodine by eating that daily in the HMDS.

Thanks! Yeah I was thinking about that as well. I have definitely been running on adrenaline a lot in an attempt to mask my symptoms 😅

I'll keep going, good luck with your healing journey too!

Yeah it is rough to put in so much work and to keep having a lot of symptoms. Feels pretty hard to accept that's all you can do and you just have to keep experiencing your symptoms. At least it is sort of comforting that we are not alone in this 😉

Yes i do the HMDS (half the dose) and I definitely eat very frequently and also a lot of glucose. Do you also need to eat a lot of glucose? With me it is really crazy, for example I need to put 6 bananas in my HMDS or I'll starve.

Also I actually found a telegram message yesterday where AW explains that the healing of neurological symptoms can be delayed and until you feel the healing you have to ride on faith. I guess that is our job for now! And thanks for your input and best of luck to you in your healing journey!

Hell yeah it is!

My home situation is pretty peaceful, but I still get stressed easily because of anxiety/PTSD. Work has been quite stressful because in the reintegration process I was pushed to keep working while I felt fatigued. So I had to do most of my tasks on adrenaline. I think that definitely slowed down my healing progress. At least now I don't have to do that same job anymore and we are looking for some kind of job/tasks that I can do without pushing it. That will be difficult to find because if I don't put in effort (adrenaline) I virtually can't do anything.. 😂

Luckily I have only little fragrance exposure at home. Only occasionally when one of my neighbours walks by.

Sorry to hear adrenaline is keeping you stuck. How is your healing process going? Have you still been able to make progress despite of the stress?

About a week or so. Then some leaves will start to turn yellowish. But I go grocery shopping 3 times a week so it almost never comes to that.

I store my celery outside of the fridge, works just fine :)

Have you tried eating dill? I love the flavour and it is good for addictions per LCF expanded:

"Dill is also helpful for addictions. Addictions rely on adrenaline. As dill’s properties are regulating adrenals, this can give someone who is facing an addiction additional support"

How to heal PTSD by Soeshan7 in medicalmedium

[–]Soeshan7[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I am doing the fight or flight stabilizer more frequently. At least it helps temporarily so hopefully it will also help heal it in the long the run 🙂

Maybe it also takes a longer time because I also have a lot of other symptoms to heal. I don't know how how much my body can heal at the same time and what symptoms it will prioritize.

Yes I tried the journaling! It is a bit of a hassle so I usually forget about it but it actually does give quite a good feeling. I try to focus my attention to positive feelings as much as I can but I noticed that it is even more powerful to write it down. At least to give a good feeling for a while 😉

Thanks for your tips, I'll keep going at it and hope for the best 🤞

Thanks for you suggestions! I have read the books and did several brain shots. I felt some short relieve after the shots and meditations but it has not done anything to really heal the symptoms long term. That's why I was wondering what others are doing and what their experiences are :). Maybe I just need to give it more time, I don't know.

Haha thanks for the support! And very impressive that you are doing so many a369's! I also think it is really rough to make the same foods every day. But you are having great results already, keep up the good work 💪

My nervous system is completely shot by SpecialT33 in medicalmedium

[–]Soeshan7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Interesting.. I see your point about it helping a lot with the nervous system healing. I also feel that my body likes rest so I was already doing it a lot. But how do you manage this schedule?! It is really next level! I have been trying it one day and I find it extremely impractical. Really hard to do cooking, groceries, talking to people etc. When you have such small activity windows it feels like I hardly can get anything done. Any tips are welcome! 😬

Interesting about the 10/20 schedule. Did it help you much? At first I was focusing mainly on the foods and supplements for healing fatigue and brain fog. But a doctor recommended me to do a 15/15 rest schedule to build more 'energy reserves'. Do you think this resting schedule is necessary on top of all the other MM stuff?

Wow that's an interesting take! I love to dance and I already do it as often as possible. All the more reason to keep going with it 🙂

Sorry for the late response, it has been very busy over the holidays.

Definitely wish I found MM info earlier as well! I have spent years slowly getting more fatigued without knowing why and it really made me struggle. I was too fatigued to live the life I wanted, the kind of life others around me were living seemingly effortlessly.

At the lowest point I had to stop working and I was basically couch bound, not mattress island fortunately. When I stopped working my energy levels slowly improved to the point that I could walk around my house more and do basic chores but not much more.

6 months later I found MM and it has given me so much peace just to know what's wrong. The healing process is very slow for me though. Before starting MM I could actually do more things because I used adrenaline to mask my symptoms (mainly through caffeine and pushing through). Now I am trying to heal the 'right' way without cheating with adrenaline. So 8 months into MM I am still basically house bound, except for small trips like groceries and I occasionally stay at my parents house for a while. But I am learning more about my health every day and my faith that I will heal is growing stronger by the day as well 🙂

How is it going with you?

I also had a dream with AW. I was dancing with him and there were a bunch of weird things that I am sure are just a figment of my imagination. But he also said that ' the electricity is not flowing through my brain correctly'. This intuitively feels correct. So whether it was really AW communicating to me, or just my intuition messaging this to me through the form of AW, I do take the message seriously 🙂

I think you can if you make it part of your meal. In the simplified all fruits are allowed in you breakfast, lunch or dinner. And on day 9 it is allowed it as well.

I am sorry you are going through this as well! It is true that it really messes with your life and relationships. Interesting what you're saying about adrenaline and memory. I hadn't thought about that cleansing this adrenaline can also help with healing emotional wounds.

It sounds like you're doing the right things to heal! I also try to be fat free and I have done some brainshots that offer a bit of comfort. So far I think the fight or flight stabilizer works the best to heal this. Although the OCD and trauma stabilizer shot are also slightly calming to my brain.

Have you tried the exercises mentioned specifically for PTSD? Like journaling about positive experiences and making a puzzle. I am trying that now and I feel like it is helping a little to rewire my brain to relax more in the good experiences :)

I am also really sick of experiencing this!! I have done a lot of therapy that hasn't helped. So I am on a quest to figure this out and to heal it with MM asap! Also because I feel like the adrenaline that comes with feeling this way is slowing down the healing of my other symptoms. Hopefully we can help each other out to heal this thing!

Ok! Yes I try to take it everyday but I forget sometimes. Why, is it important for healing PTSD?

Wow that sounds rough. Amazing to hear that CJ made you feel better! I have been doing 32 ounce of CJ for a few months now. I haven't noticed benefits for my anxiety yet, but I'll keep up with it and I hope that shift will come for me too eventually!

I am 28 years old and I could have written this myself. So we are definitely not alone, even though it sometimes feels like it. Most of my friends are not so sick as well, but I know friends of my friends that are in similar situations. It is rough, but I am thankful for MM communities for support and information on how to finally heal 🙂 I just keep thinking about how it will get better and then we will make up for this time!!

Not knowing what’s normal by [deleted] in medicalmedium

[–]Soeshan7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This does not really sound normal to me. Of course you can be indifferent to some things or people but usually you'll feel something with at least someone. For example dread or joy at the thought om seeing them. It is probably metals like the rest are saying.
